Vegan + Dairy-free Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Creamy chocolate fudge with the crunch of walnuts.  As the walnuts are stirred into the fudge, walnut oils are released adding another layer of flavor to the chocolate fudge.

I've perfected a vegan + dairy-free fudge that is nearly indistinguishable from the classic variety. Swapping dairy for coconut milk, coconut oil and cocoa butter, the flavor and texture are nearly identical to that of the classic varieties.

Ingredients:  Cane sugar, coconut milk (water, coconut), 100% cacao chocolate, walnuts, organic cocoa butter, organic virgin coconut oil, glucose (derived from corn), cocoa powder, liquor(s), vanilla, salt.
