When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.
What are shipping costs?
Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 have a standard shipping charge of $9.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be provided a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Does your fudge melt if shipped in warm weather?
No. It will arrive soft if above room temperature during shipping. I recommend letting it cool to room temperature before enjoying as this allows it to be sliced or cubed.
I live in or near Rib Mountain, WI. Can I pickup my order from your facility?
Yes. We invite local customers to enter discount code LOCALPICKUP when checking-out to waive shipping costs and pickup at our facility. See 'Local Pickup' page for details.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. Please call us at 715.355.4648 between 10am - 6pm CST, M-F, to place an order by phone. Please have your payment and shipping details readily available.
What is your return policy?
We sell a perishable product and are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions about your order please reach out to us via phone, 715.355.4848, or via email through our contact page. Please provide your name and order number.
How do I store my fudge and for how long?
Best eaten within 2 weeks of purchase, if it will last that long. Our fudge is hand wrapped in foil and sealed in a reclosable bag. Please keep wrapped and sealed to maintain flavor and texture. Store in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer vegan products?
Yes! We have developed fudge made with coconut milk, coconut oil and cocoa butter instead of milk and butter. These are all identified clearly as vegan in the product name.
Do you have dairy-free products?
Yes! All of our vegan products are made without dairy. However they may contain traces as we have shared equipment with non-vegan products.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our fudge does not contain wheat ingredients. However they may contain traces due to shared equipment.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some products do contain nuts. See our ingredient page for details. However, all products use shared equipment so may contain traces of nut oil. If you have a severe nut allergy we recommend you do not consume our products.
What allergens are present in your facility?
All products are created in a facility that uses milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat and may contain traces of these ingredients.
Does your fudge contain preservatives or artificial ingredients?
No. We source ingredients that are minimally processed.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
